Mom, Dad, Natalie, Rod and I all made our Christmas donations at the Blood Clinic on the 23rd. 4 of us were successful, can you guess who "isn't a good candidate for blood donation?"
The water view lots are 75-85. The lots would be cleared and ready to go...but some are really step, others have a cliff drop off...we're more interested in lots that will open in the next "phase", hopefully they will be less dough too.

No, 80 grand was a little steep. We're going to wait and see what the next street that opens is like.
