Spotted!

This fella was spotted at the Sea Dogs hockey game on Friday night. Skating around between periods in a Mascot hockey game. He was looking a little sluggish, and hung back on defence...but all in all a good effort!

Dear Winter, Please go away...

This isn't our car, but it could be. Reports say we are supposed to get even more snow...It's been another record year here.
Everyone is hoping the huge piles of snow melting won't cause flooding in around the city again.

A View from the Top

Jon and Rod decided to head out to Sunshine for another day of skiing on Monday. It was a beautiful clear day and the boys were out all day.

Game on!

Playing some 'Settlers of Catan' with Byron, Clare, Natalie and Rod. Jon and I were a little apprehensive as we aren't familiar with this game, but our fears were put to rest when I distroyed the professional competition.

Dinner at Murietta's downtown Calgary

Dinner at a great restaurant downtown. There was a great band playing and the food was amazing.

Flames vs Blackhawks

Jon and I doing what else, eating! Jon had a giant 'Calgary dog' from the DawgHouse at the Saddledome. Flames ended up losing the game but it was still a great time.

Skiing the Rockies...

Jon and Rod went out to ski Lake Louise on Friday. It was a beautiful day and not too busy on the hill.
