Game on!

Playing some 'Settlers of Catan' with Byron, Clare, Natalie and Rod. Jon and I were a little apprehensive as we aren't familiar with this game, but our fears were put to rest when I distroyed the professional competition.

Dinner at Murietta's downtown Calgary

Dinner at a great restaurant downtown. There was a great band playing and the food was amazing.

Flames vs Blackhawks

Jon and I doing what else, eating! Jon had a giant 'Calgary dog' from the DawgHouse at the Saddledome. Flames ended up losing the game but it was still a great time.

Skiing the Rockies...

Jon and Rod went out to ski Lake Louise on Friday. It was a beautiful day and not too busy on the hill.

Dreaming of Florida...

The meltdown...

No photos to post...but I have to update that we are on the big meltdown. We decided to go out in style with a trip to Montana's, and some Dairy Queen to finish it off. Longwood and mom are hitting the treadmill daily and Mega Watts and I are on board too. Not that he has any weight loss or toning up to do, damn him....

The gym is packed with all the "new years resolutioners" as I like to call them...myself included :)
